Why does a charge for Club Pogo appear twice on my card statement?

Charge for Club Pogo appear twice on my card statement

If you are paying for your monthly subscription fees using a Visa or MasterCard debit card that draws directly from your current account, the double charges you are seeing on your statement are most likely the result of our pre-authorization process.

Solution

In order to ensure that your subscription fee is correctly debited from your account and that your gameplay continues uninterrupted, our billing system sends out a pre-authorization and places a hold on your account in the amount of your subscription fee (five to six days before your scheduled billing).

Keep in mind that if your subscription charge were to fail, your account would be suspended. The primary reason for the pre-authorization process is so we can notify you if your subscription is in danger of suspension before your billing date arrives.

Remember: If you are using a debit card, the funds for your subscription charge must be available in your account 7 days before your billing date.

My Flash Games Are Not Loading

 Reason

Flash games are online programs that can be played in the window of a browser, such as
Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. The games run on technology called Adobe Flash, which allows graphics and video to be played on a browser. If your browser is not playing Flash games, you may need to reinstall or update your Flash plugin. Fortunately, this is a simple procedure.

Solution

Go to the website in Resources, and select your operating system and browser from the drop-down menus.
Click "Download Now," and choose "Save File." Wait for the file to download, and then close your browser by choosing "Quit" from the "File" menu.

Double-click the downloaded file, and choose "OK" to update or re-install Flash on your computer.
Click "Finish" to complete installation, and then reopen your browser. Navigate to your Flash game, which should now open correctly. If it does not, contact the administrator of the site hosting the game, as the problem may be on the other end.
