If you can rule the above issues out, here are steps to take if the server status Answer says things are OK:
If Java is installed on your machine but not enabled

If you're still having issues and you're certain that Java is installed on your machine, it may be disabled. All mainstream browsers have an option for enabling Java, which ensures any applets that use it will function properly. For a complete list of per-browser instructions for enabling Java, visit
Here's what to do if clearing your cache and making sure your Java is updated doesn't resolve the issue.
The most common causes of problems that players encounter when playing our games are simply caused by anti-virus, firewall, ad blocking, and pop-up blocking software. The easiest way to determine if one or more of these is the cause of the problem is to simply disable them and see if the problem goes away. If the problem goes away, then the next step is to figure out how to configure the software to still protect your system without preventing you from playing our games. In this case, you should refer to the software’s manual or help files for detailed instructions on how to make the desired changes to the software.

How to fix your browser's zoom level back to 100% in Pogo Game

Here are steps on how to set your zoom level back to 100%, which should resolve your game window being cut off or if you're playing one of our Hidden Object Games, this will fix if you're clicking on the object and it's not registering that you are.

In all web browsers you can just press and hold Ctrl while pressing 0 (ctrl-0) and your browser should jump back to being at 100% zoom level. This should work in Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.

Some web browsers have another way to fix the setting if you want to verify if you're at 100% or at a different level.Firefox does not have a default menu or buttons to change browser zoom.

Internet Explorer:

Go to the upper right corner of your browser and look for the little gear or cog icon.
Click it and you will see the following menu:

Highlight the Zoom option and ensure it is set to 100%

Reload your game and you should be good to go. If that does not work, then close all of your browser windows and try again.

Google Chrome:

Go to the upper right corner of your browser and look for the little gray icon that is 3 horizontal lines

Click it and you will see the following menu:

Click either the - or + button until it says 100%

Reload your game and you should be good to go. If that does not work Please Call Pogo Help Center :
